Breakfast


Beat 4 eggs and 1/2cup milk in a large bowl
Cook the egg mixture in a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat for
about 5 minutes.. keep on stirring...
until the eggs form large chunks... keep aside
2 large tomatoes cut into small cubes
4 button mushroom cut into slices
Saute the tomatoes and mushroom with little olive or grapeseed oil
cook till the mushroom is done
Serve the scrambled eggs hot with the tomatoes, mushroom, bits of feta cheese and rocket (arugula)leaves on the toasted bread
