Stir Fry Kailan


Saute 1tablespoon of minced garlic with some vegetable oil for 1 minute...
Add in kailan stem and 1 cup of fresh prawns till prawn turns pink ...
Add in kailan leaves and button mushroom(slices)... stir for few minutes and cover the wok for 1mins.
Add about 4 tablespoon of hot water let it simmer ..
Add 1 tablespoon of cornflour and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce/mushroom sauce into 1 cup of plain water ... and mix the mixture well. Add this mixture to the vegetable and keep on stirring till the gravy thicken... and salt to taste...
