Cold Salad ... shredded daikon with slice avocado and salmon


1 medium daikon radish, peeled and shred thinly, soaked in a bowl of ice water, let it stands until cold and crispy,   and drain using colander by squeezing out any excess liquid with your hands. Leave aside in the fridge.

2 avocado ... sliced thinly.

1 piece of salmon ... sliced thinly, Pour hot boiling water onto the  salmon. Immediately drop into a bowl of ice water, drain and Leave aside in the fridge.

Place a handful of crispy shredded daikon radish in a serving bowl. Arrange slices avocado and slices salmon.

Serve with soya sauce...

Soya sauce :
Pour 1/2 cup of sweet black soya sauce into a small saucepan... let it simmers.   Add about 1/2 cup water and let it simmers, add sugar, some apple cider vinegar, pepper  and a dash of  sesame oil.
