Skewered Chicken

The cool weather and the rain make me hungry...

300g of chicken breast(cut into 1 inch size)
marinate with salt, chili pepper and 2tablespoon of lime juice and marinate  for  3 hours

The dipping sauce:
100ml soya sauce
3tablespoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoon of lime juice or vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey
1 clove of garlic

Boil the above  sauce.... removes some scum that appear above the sauce and remove the garlic.

1.Thread the chicken onto the skewer and dip or brush the chicken with the dipping sauce.

2.Put the chicken on the grill tray. Preheat the oven grill and slide in the tray with the chicken to cook.

3.Turn them over once they are cooked on one side. It takes 10 to15mins to cook.

4. Place the chicken on to a serving plate and brush over some dipping sauce.

Hello Hani! Looks nice the recipe but i think there is a question: the breast of chicken after the cooking becomes hard! I have made the same (without sauce) with pieces of chicken legs and is soft and juicy!
Have nice weekend!
