Crab Soup Chinese Style

Very Easy Recipe
Boil 1 liter of chicken stock in a cooking pot.
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Add 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Add 1 to 2tablespoon of light soy sauce
Add 1 tablespoon of black vinegar
Let the soup simmers...
Add in 2 cups of crab meat
Add in 1 cup of fresh prawn
Simmers till the meat is cooked
Add in 1 cup of cooked chicken meat cut into slices..and add some salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of white pepper and 1 teaspoon of sugar and let the soup simmer again.

Pour the beaten egg from 2 eggyolk.. into the hot soup(do not pour at once but bit by bit)let the soup simmers till the beaten egg has thicken.
Thickening glaze
Add 3tablespoon of cornflour into 50ml of plain water and mix well.
Pour thickening glaze mixture into the hot soup and stir well till thickens(if you find the soup is too thick ... you can add some hot water to dilute the soup a bit). let it simmer again.
The final stage ... add in 1 cup of mushroom cut into slices into the hot soup... let the soup simmers till the mushroom is cooked.
Garnish the soup with some crispy fried shallot and minced cilantro.
