My Family favourite spicy spaghetti with feta cheese

1 bowl of fresh prawns

Cook spaghetti according to package direction.


1 and half big onions slice thinly and 1 tomato slice thinly
3 cloves of garlic..pounded



1/2 bowl of dried chili(cut into 1ins in size) soaked in boiling water to bring them back to the original form.
Rinsed with water and grind to a paste. Heat up the pan with some oil.. and fry chili paste in medium fire till
cooked.

Heat some olive oil in a big wok. Add sliced onion and pounded garlic.
Fry till the onion soft and add in 1small can of tomato puree and 6tablespoon(or more if you like it Hot) of cooked chili paste.
Add abt1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of water and 1-2 tablespoons of concentrate chicken stock .. let it simmers.
Add the fresh prawns.. stir till the prawn are tender.
Add in the shredded cabbage .. stir well.
Add in the cooked spaghetti and stir well again and lastly the slice tomato..
add some salt to taste.


spread some feta cheese !!
