Samosa and Delicious Parsnip soup

Samosa with vegetable filling:
2 potatoes boiled and cut into cubes( slightly mashed)
1 cup of boiled pumpkin cut into cubes( slightly mashed)
1/2 cup of pineapple(cut in small slices) optional
1/2 cup of boiled lentils

Heat the pan and add 2tablespoon of olive oil .....Saute 1 medium size onion(cut in cubes), 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and 2green chillies sliced(optional) .. stir untill it gets translucent ... add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of curry powder(optional), dash of cayanne powder, dash of tabasco sauce. Stir and mix well the ingredients.

Add in mashed potatoes and pumpkin, boiled lentils and pineapple .. stir ... add salt to taste and dash of black pepper and stir again and mix well. Put aside and let it cool.

Hello.. to you too, thank you for yr kind concern,my friend... well I am fine... and juz a bit buzy lately and you are rite.. that im a little bit on a diet LOL :)

Well...Today is Labour Day and is an holiday here in Singapore. And im cooking grill chicken.
