I used this kind of nozzle ...by using my thumb pressing out the dough into a flower shape. and bake it till crispy ... oops, my cookies slightly burnt...
250g of butter
170g of icing sugar(sieved)
25g of custard powder (sieved)
1/3 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon of salt a pinch of salt
Whip the above ingrediens till light and fluffy
About 450g of flour.(sieved)
Add flour, two tablespoons at regular intervals as you knead the dough.
Refrain from using all your flour as the dough might get hardened and once harden, it might not be able to go through the nozzle.(I leave about 4tablespoon of flour to adjust the texture of the dough, the dough should be soft and not sticky).
Decorate the cookies with a piece of glazed cherry.
Bake for about 15 to 17minutes or until the bottom of the cookies is lightly browned.
