4 big blue ocean crabs(Wash the crab, removes the hardshell, chop the body in two, crack the claw and cut off the thorn)
2 cloves of garlic
2to3 slices of ginger
garlic, shallots and ginger .. using the blender and mash it till fine.
6 tablespoons of fish curry powder
2-3 tablespoons of coconut milk
dash of black pepper(optional)
salt and sugar to taste
Heat the wok... add 4tablespoon of canola oil... and fry the garlic, shallots, ginger and some curry leaves(optional).. till fragrant and slightly thicken.
Add in about 1/2 cup of water... and fish curry powder and mix well and let it simmers.
Add in the coconut milk and add in salt and sugar to tastes and black pepper(optional)...
Add the crabs and keeps stirrring ...till the gravy thickens
