Fish Biryani


I made Fish Biryani using Frozen Cod Fillet... and it turn out success + delicious ...and my family loves it. Look like I will be cooking more delicious biryani .... recipes from vahchef

Fried Cornbeef Rice

1 big onion slice
2 garlic slice
2 red chili slice
1 can halal cornbeef
1 cup of slice white cabbage
dash of black pepper
dash of white pepper
1 cube of beef stock
2 egg

1. Saute the slice onion, garlic, red chili till slightly crispy.
2. Add in the cornbeef, stir till the cornbeef is crispy.
3. Add in the dash of black pepper, dash of white pepper, 1 cube beef stock, little salt.
4. Add in the white cabbage, stir it till the cabbage is slightly soften.
5. Push aside the fried ingredient and break the 2 eggs, add in some black sauce and scramble the egg.
6. Add in the rice, stir till the rice and fried ingredient nicely mix.

Nasi Goreng Pedas

Nasi Goreng Pedas with .........coffee bought from frementle market in perth
coffee with hazelnut and colombo spice
1very large onion cut into half
2tablespoon of dried shrimp
8fresh red chili
10cili padi
1 cube ikan bilis stock
Blender all the above ingredient till fine
1/2 onion... cut into big slices
some fried salted fish.. finely pound.
some fried fish meat(last nite meal).. finely pound or coarsely(up to you).
1. Add about 4 tablespoon cooking oil to fry the 1/2 onion till translucent or crispy and put aside
2. Saute the blended ingredient till fragrance and crispy, add in some tomato sauce, salt and add in salted fish and fried fish meat.
3. Cook till it well done... push aside the fried ingredient on the side of pan... break in 2 eggs n same time add in sweet sauce and scramble it till cook.
4. Add in white rice... stir well till it thoroughly mix with the fried ingredient and add in the fried onions.

Healthy Briyani

This a simple way of cooking bryani rice... no added milk or yogurt...

Wash basmati rice(4-1/2cup of rice and soak for 1/2hour). Heat the saucepan and add 2 tablespoon of ghee, saute pounded ingredients(6garlic and 1inches of ginger) and add 1stick cinnamon, 4 cloves, 1 lemongrass slightly bruised) and if you like you can add some bryani paste and cook till the paste is crispy. At the  same time ... add hot boiling water into the electric cooking rice till level measurement reaches at 5 cup... cover the rice cooker till it is boiling.. now you can transfer sauteed garlic and ginger ... into the rice cooker and add in the basmati rice(strain the soaked rice) and some salt... cover and cook as normal.

Take some saffron and soak with hot water.... When the rice is cooked ...make 5 holes on surface of the rice and pour in the saffron colour... and cover again the rice cooker... and cook it again till it is cooked ... using the fork to make the rice look fluffy.... You can add crispy fried onion and crispy fried slice almond on the rice

Nasi Ayam Goreng




peha ayam di beli dari NTUC supermarket. Pan fry.. peha ayam dan kemudian ..susun ayam dalam loyang saperti ..saperti dalam gambar dan bakar dalam oven selama 45minit..
Nasi ayam goreng.... mudah di masak dan di hidangkan..
2 gayong beras di cuci bersih dan masak nasi saperti biasa dengan 1/2 botol chicken rice paste dengan garam secukup rasa...
Pukul 3 biji telur dgn sedikit garam, lada sulah dan goreng ..hancur2kan dan angkat + ketepikan.
Tumis 2ulas bawang putih dengan sedikit chili paste hingga garing dan masukkan sedikit kicap cair atau kicap manis, oyster/mushroom sauce dan masukkan nasi goreng dan telur goreng, masukkan sedikit garam dan perasa serta gaul hingga sebati.

Nasi Tomato

4tin susu beras di basoh dan toskan airnya
1tin kecil minyak sapi
1tin susu cair
1tin kecil tomato puri

1biji bawang besar di hiris halus dan ketepikan

3cm halia
6ulas bawang putih
di blender halus

2sudu besar serbuk jintan manis dan jintan putih di bancuh dengan sedikit air,
setelah itu di campur dengan bahan yang telah di blender tadi

2biji tomato di hiris bulat bulat

1cm kulit kayu manis
4biji buah pelaga
6kuntum bunga cengkih

1 sudu teh lada sulah(pepper)
200gm daging cincang
sedikit daun pudina
bawang goreng dan kismis secukupnya

1. Panaskan minyak sapi di dalam periok. Tumiskan kulit kayu manis, buah pelaga dan bunga cengkih dan masukkan campuran rempah2 blender tadi bersama bawang besar hiris dan tomato.

2. Sementara masukkan 4tin air ke dalam periok nasi elektric dan masak hingga mendideh.

1a. Bila garing, masukkan daging cincang sambil dikacau2kan hingga rata. Setelah itu masukkan susu cair, tomato puri, daun pudina dan garam secukup rasa.

3. Masukkan kedalam periok nasi elektric dan tutup sekejap selama 1min atau hingga wap kluar.


4. Dan masukkan beras yang telah di toskan, tekan dan masaklah saperti nasi biasa.

5. Setelah masak taburkan di atasnya dengan bawang goreng dan kismis.
