Saute some garlic and onion(cut in small cubes) ... and some diced tomatoes.. add in some cumin powder, cayenne pepper.. salt & pepper and tomato paste. Make a hole in the gravy and break an egg. Cover with the lid and let it simmer till the egg is done.
