5cinnamon sticks,2tablespoon of cloves and 2 tablespoon of cardamom..... using the coffee grinder and grind the spices till fine and sieve the spices and add into the milk powder

you can substitute creamer or vanilla powder and store in a small container

add 5 thin slices of fresh ginger in the pot and add about 1 tablespoon of loose lipton tea in the filter (im using the coffemaker)
Pour tea in a cup and add about 1 teaspoon of chai mixture.... add sugar or honey and more milk to your liking.
Mmmmm you will love the aroma of spices... and you will feel relax after a cup of chai tea :))
